Here is what we look for in Women in Digital Business Lead Trainers

Experience

A proven track record in training and working with women entrepreneurs

Skills

A high level of digital literacy and a passion for new techologies

Language

Proficiency in English, French, or Spanish

Age

Lead Trainers must be aged 18 or above

How does it work?

The training of Lead Trainers happens 100% online, with a combination of self-paced study and live webinars. To become a WIDB Lead Trainer, you need to complete 3 steps

Phase 1: Application

Create an account on widb.network, making sure to select the option “I want to become a Lead Trainer”. Once you have created your account, go to your Dashboard to open the Call for Lead Trainers space. You will need to fill out a short survey and upload a copy of your CV.

Phase 2: online Training of Lead Trainers

If your application is approved, we will contact you by email and you will gain access to the Training of Lead Trainers space. Here, you will find a set of video lessons and eLearning modules to start your Lead Trainer journey. You will also need to attend 3 live webinars, where you can exchange with other Lead Trainer Candidates and meet the WIDB Team.

Phase 3: Training of Women Entrepreneurs

Once you complete step 2, we will give you access to all the materials you need to run your own Training of Women Entrepreneurs. In order to receive the WIDB Lead Trainer Certificate, you will need to train at least 10 Women Entrepreneurs, using the WIDB platform.

What happens next?

Once you become a Certified Lead Trainer, you will be able to continue offering training to Women Entrepreneurs as much as you want. On top of that, you will get access to more support from us.

Training of Trainers

You will get access to tools and materials to train other trainers on the WIDB curriculum

Innovation Fund

You will be able to apply to the Innovation Fund to receive a grant to train more Women Entrepreneurs

Technical Assistance

We will support you to translate the training package in your local language, upon request.
